This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. For such an affordable price, I experienced a level of comfort and luxury that I would expect from a much more expensive establishment. The attention to detail was impeccable, with tastefully decorated rooms and hallways that made for a truly unforgettable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with it being exactly opposite the Train station and just a short taxi ride to the center of Bologna. Additionally, the hotel is situated on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Beautiful place with a wonderful welcome, both by staff, either by the owner, Mirella, very kind and helpful person. We will definitely return soon. Recommended if you want to stay in Bologna in a family atmosphere and eating excellent food.

The staff was warm and cute, and the personalized breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself was well kept and very clean. The vintage atmosphere added an extra touch of charming character to my stay. the location was perfect. I was able to easily access the train station and the town square, and I even had the opportunity to walk through the beautiful exterior art gallery in this city.
Nothing that I didn't like.

During my 4th Trip to italy, I have never find such economical and best value for money hotel, humble staff and excellent owners ready do render their best hospitatlity, above all its complete family atmosphere staring from lodging till eating... You will definately enjoy the stay here and I suggest if you are in italy you must stay here. Only thing you need to plan is transportation to bologna city eigther by City bus or during major fares you have free bus services....
Nothing in particular

Spent Christmas in a charming rural hotel in the hills outside Bologna. the hotel was beautifully maintained with a warm atmosphere. the rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and well decorated. We enjoyed the daily breakfast in a cozy dining room with delicious home made pastries and freshly brewed coffee. We also appreciated the hotel's picturesque location that offered amazing views of the surrounding valley and easy access to the nearby towns. the friendly staff made us feel right at home and offered great tips for local dining and attractions.

I liked the hotel staff very much - they are all very friendly, attentive and warm and I felt myself at home. I liked the location - in a small town (or rather a village) of Tole high in the hills. And I enjoyed the food - various home made pasta and local wine. And I would like to thank the people working at the hotel for their sincere hospitality and the lovely time I had there.
The only thing which can seem inconvenient is the distance to Bologna - which is about 30 km. If you are on a business trip and have to go to Bologna every day I think it makes sense to rent a car. During Fair events a free shuttle is provided to the Fair and back.

the value for money was exceptional. I couldn't believe how affordable it was, especially considering the fantastic location. It was situated on a hill, providing stunning views of the surrounding area and easy access to popular landmarks like the Two Towers and the central square. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. I also loved that breakfast was included. It had a wide variety of choices, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed starting my day with a 'cappuccino' that looked like a 'caffe macchiato'.
I couldn't find anything to fault with this hotel. Everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main hospital in town, making it an ideal location for those visiting the hospital or medical professionals. it is in a prime spot close to the center of town, where guests can easily access local dining and shopping options. the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with plush beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, offering a wide range of options to suit any palate. Guests can enjoy the lovely view from the patio area.
Some previous guests experienced poor service, which detracted from their overall enjoyment of the hotel.

Great Location and Comfy Rooms! The hotel is situated very close to the train station and the city center which is great to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and perfectly furnished. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and the complimentary tea and coffee facility in the room was a nice touch. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming which made our stay more comfortable.
Expensive Internet Access! Despite all the positive aspects of the hotel, the only negative thing that we found was the internet access.
